Candidate for Paterson's Board of Education Alex Mendez held his campaign opening at the Brownstone on Thursday, February 18, 2010. The Master of ceremony was Yuri Rodriguez and Mistress of ceremony was Commissioner Wendy Guzman. Amongst the guest speakers were Councilman at Large Rigo Rodriguez, 5th Ward Councilman Julio Tavarez, Commissioner Pedro Rodriguez, a representative of the office Senator John A. Girgenti, Mayor of Passaic Alex Blanco (First Dominican Mayor in the United States), Deputy Mayor Elsa Mantilla and Mayor of Paterson Jose "Joey" Torres

Candidate para la Junta de Educación de Paterson Alex Méndez celebró su evento de apertura de la campaña en el Brownstone en Paterson, NJ, Jueves, 18 de febrero 2010.
